STAUFFER

Wyatt, Sophia, and Hazel

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
– Matthew 6:34 (NLT)

Zachary grew up in Prince George, BC where he accepted Christ at a young age. During his early teens, Zak did several mission trips. It was during this time that he felt called to serve in mission aviation. In 2009, God affirmed this call and shortly afterward Zak started flight training.

Elizabeth was also raised in Prince George and came to faith at a young age. She spent her summers working at Bible camp where her faith and love for God grew. While attending a short-term mission program, Elizabeth’s life-long desire to be a missionary was confirmed.

Zachary and Elizabeth got to know each other at Bible camp in 2010. They married in 2012, and in 2015 they attended Prairie College for Biblical studies and for Zak to complete his flight training. They have three children: Wyatt (2016), Sophia (2018) and Hazel (2020). Liz has been caring for the children and certifying as a doula, while Zak has been gaining flight experience in Northern BC and Alberta.

They are excited to return to Prairie College where Zak will be commencing a Maintenance Apprenticeship Program at Prairie Aviation Training Centre. This will bring them one step closer to realizing their dream of serving in overseas missions.

Please prayerfully consider partnering with Zak and Liz as they prepare to serve the Lord with MAF.
