Both Jeremy and Lindsay were blessed to grow up in loving Christian homes and accepted Jesus at an early age. They met while attending the Metropolitan Bible Church’s Young Adults group and were wed in 2006 after receiving degrees in Education in their respective fields.
They soon felt God calling them to serve in overseas missions. In 2008 Jeremy and Lindsay followed God’s leading to Papua Indonesia where they served a one year missions term at Hillcrest School. They then returned to Papua a few years later, this time for a two-year stint, in 2012.
Hillcrest School serves the missions community in Papua by supporting front line missionaries, as they work in Bible translation, church planting, medical assistance and aviation, by providing their children with a higher standard of education, social supports and extra-curricular opportunities. During the three years that the Brazeau’s had served at Hillcrest, Lindsay taught kindergarten through high school physical education and Jeremy taught a variety of courses in both the middle school and high school, mainly focusing on math, science and history.
Since leaving Papua in 2013, the school and community have been on the Brazeau’s hearts and minds daily. Having prayerfully considered their path ahead, Jeremy and Lindsay are excited to be returning to Indonesia as career missionaries in the fall of 2016 to resume teaching at Hillcrest School.
Jeremy and Lindsay are excited about the role that God has for them in seeing isolated people physically and spiritually transformed in Christ’s name.
As they prepare to go, we invite you to prayerfully consider joining their ministry partnership team.
