Andrew was born and raised in Toronto and first felt called to missions as a teenager. After graduating from York University with a B.Sc. in 2003, he attended Providence Bible College to obtain his pilot licence. However, shortly after starting at Providence, Andrew was diagnosed with cancer. After two surgeries and chemotherapy he was able to return to continue his training. He later graduated from Centennial College with a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance. Andrew first started with MAF in 2008, where he served in Botswana for two years.
Linnea grew up in Edmonton, to a music missionary family, as her father toured internationally, sharing the gospel in churches and youth detention centers. She graduated from Vanguard Bible College with a degree in Theology and Music Ministry in 2007. Her family founded an annual worship-arts conference, Break Forth, where she helped teach and equip worship leaders. Linnea also ministered with Beautiful Unique Girl as their main speaker and artist, sharing about the importance of having a strong identity in Christ at events and conferences for young women. She currently acts as a worship leader and music teacher.
Andrew and Linnea were married in 2017 and are currently serving with MAF in Northern Canada, seconded to LAMP (The Lutheran Association of Missionaries and Pilots), where they help bring the Gospel to remote First Nations reserves.
